Zoobin Surty is a choreographer and dancer from Mumbai, India, though based in Leeds. In 2014 he produced and directed this show, performed at Christmas at Saltburn Community Theatre. He utilised mostly local amateur and professional talent, though the show was augmented with some professional classical performances. Combining Bollywood and classical movement, the Saltburn cast were tutored and rehearsed throughout the Autumn of 2014. The photographs here document their progress. The rehearsals took place at Saltburn Community Hall and at Saltburn Leisure Centre.
